I wanted to take a moment and really give a massive 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s to Flavia at Miami International Airport. She went above and beyond at the time of checking in. We were flying with 2 dogs to Madrid. She helped us immensely with faciltating more space for our journey to Spain. Muchísimas Gracias.

Not sure why it cannot remember my reservation code from one launch to the other like the other airline apps..?

Awful app. Never loads or allows for adding new trips.

No interaction with Google id. Do these app developers even test the apps. Unreal

App doesn't work at all. It used to be much better, now only occupies space on the phone

The app is improving with the updates but still way behind of reliable travel app. Reservations are sometimes present sometimes not found, check in mostly doesn't work, information is scarce and provided later than airport tables which is typically already late. A big improvement is needed here so that the app is useful. In the meanwhile I am checking in via browser and printing my boarding pass (and uninstalling this).
