Charged BD44.000 for Elite card subscription without my permission. Now unable to add the money to the account.

Bad xperience..my account was activated..when I send money yesterday for emergency.after cutting from my other they've sadenly make inactive my account..so now still in progress what I send.which is my family need.its my last money 😭 really is not advisable to other people this application it's trouble 😵‍💫

When I try to transfer money to Fawri+, it shows "incorrect service id" . This has put me in a very critical situation in the middle of an emergency. Such a horrible experience. The money is still stuck and unable to be transferred to my bank account.

from couple of days, you fewri+ is not working on the IBAN really disappointing

Please handover this bank's operations to competent IT professionals who clearly know the job, it doesn't matter if you make some offers, there should be some benefit to the users, it's just a dirty application that works well one day and gives work the next day... Very difficult for looking to transfer salary for a while An ugly site that spins and lags. However, if you log in and put your salary, it is a beautiful custom that one person gets salary twice😅 u think its deeply, bcz its our money

Fawri+ services are so poor on the application. Putting correct Iban number and your system keeps displaying incorrect service ld.
