The app was great. It even notified me when I got a new Order but now it doesn't do that anymore and I only get notifications through my stripe account. It's sad. I always look forward to hearing the new order notification sound. That excitement of a new order went away. That notification was a big part of the app. The The type of service and platform they have. It's great. Wonderful. Can't complain but the app sucks...

Normally a great app however the web portal that we would normally give 5 stars recently has a portal login that has become annoying and nothing like it has always been. Ecwid Developers please note, after a Software Update too quickly supplied by Samsung, the app now works correctly. We will email soon. However, Ecwid developers need to seriously review what they have done to what was a well operating website. We are too locked into this site to move so please fix it.

Dismal. Save your money for another platform. Poor service. Poor product. Nickle and dime you to death. After 3 years I confidently feel Etsy is worth every penny of fees compared to an Ecwid store. I also prepay 1 year out & I just changed back to free account 2 months prior my prepaid year & they've removed my app access and website.. therefore stealing my prepayments. Ugly!!!!!!! Will never return or recommend Ecwid. GoDaddy, Etc are better options.
