I booked from them and it appeared that the reservation had unlimited miles and free cancellation 48 hours before, but when I completed it, a discrepancy appeared in the checkpoint, such as the number of passengers and the miles were limited, and when I wanted to cancel the reservation, they did not accept a refund except through a voucher to book with from their site for selected cars (I have not found it to this day). Also, there is no communication with them via email and they never respond.

You think you're getting a good price but what they don't tell you upfront is that these places the vehicles come from still require a credit card and at least a $250 deposit. Plus you won't get a refund if you cancel less then 48 hours in advance. If you didn't provide any services and it was literally less then 15 min after I booked I feel I should be entitled to a refund not just a credit or nothing at all.

The agency is fake. We rented the car using their services, confirmed with them twice that we have the size of vehicle we paid for and car rental. Not only the car did not exist in the rental place, they are refusing to make it right. We had to go over the budget to be able to find another rental last minute, spent hours at the airport with small children after international flight without a car as we trusted them. Only because we trusted them, please don't repeat our mistake and rent with anoth
