The agency is fake. We rented the car using their services, confirmed with them twice that we have the size of vehicle we paid for and car rental. Not only the car did not exist in the rental place, they are refusing to make it right. I got a car from them that was supposed to be 185 but when I got to the car rental place I paid 333 almost double. It wasn't the kind of car I was supposed to get and it was a gas guzzler. Very disappointed. Won't be using them again. Actually uninstalling right now. Couldn't even talk to anyone either.

Would rate negative 10 if possible. Complete scam. Rents cars that aren't available then won't give you a refund. Update: response to my original review... It has been reported to Carla and they told me I don't get a refund. They wanted to give me Carla cash but I'll never use their horrible service again so what would I do with that. Just out $100. Should be ashamed.
