Needs way to block hashtags. Unwanted notifications, all settings are off.

I can only access Spoutible via the website as the app doesn’t work. When I try to login in the username and password sections don’t accept anything. You can type in the words but nothing appears in the form. I had to remove/delete the app several times before I could get it to work and now it’s back to being non-functional. I submitted a help request and the auto-reply said I would get a response within a day. Twelve days later, no response.
