Very guest-sided platform. Airbnb wants to be fair between hosts and guests, but as a 3 year-host, I can tell you they take more the guest side. So if you are a guest, it must be great (?), but if you are a host, it's not.

Be very careful as an owner or host to make use of Airbnb. The charges are outrageous and Airbnb DO NOT do payouts hassle free. They WILL let you down especially in festive season and busy holiday seasons.

The app is broken, as a host, you can not modify the price on the same day. Also, the promotion gets removed on the same day if no one books by 4:00pm.

It would be awesome if the product team could prioritise dark mode on android. For people with vision imparements this is an accessibility feature. Reading black on white is nearly impossible for me. Hope to see this feature soon 🤞🤞

App is not working all of a sudden. At first I just needed to update it because I kept getting an error message. But, now I can't log in. The log in screen is just continuously pending, and it doesn't send me a code when I try to use text. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, as well as turn off and restart my phone.
