Subscribed to the app and attempted opening it multiple times within the 3 day window to maintain the annual subscription and the app never recognised the subscription. It kept reverting to the free version and prompting me to subscribe again. Contacted Customer service to try to get it resolved so I could maintain the subscription for my son, but Customer service were extremely unhelpful and very condescending and blamed the issue on me. Start hiring more competent people. Won't purchase again.
