5/2024Good app when it updates bg in a timely manner. Been having 30-45 minutes of lag "no recent data" regularly for over a week now 7/2024 update: repeatedly reached out to support on site with no responses, and no improvement in function despite multiple updates since last review. They don't GAF that it doesn't work and clearly have no plan to fix in any timely manner

My husband's data works fine but when I try to check his information on my phone there is no data to be found for the last half hour. This happens more often than not. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no resolution.

You need to develop a widget for the lock screen for us to check the glucose without unlovking the phone.

Has stopped receiving my wife alarms did the same thing last year about this time. I have restarted my phone and even removed the app and re-installed the app.

this is perfect for people who have not just type 1 diabetes but also type 2 diabetes because if you have physical challenges and you have limited mobility and movement and fragile muscles tone and weakness plus also bruising so much by check sugars 4 time per day with only 1 working hand that is weakness in strength this is why we need more access for disability and diabetes type 2 diabetes Australia or anywhere

I can't see the person who shared with me. Is it because we are l8cated in different country?

Good to be able to see how high my wife's sugar level is, but I want to be able to look back over the data to see any trends. Also my wife's sugar is often too high to show on the graph so it would be good if the graph limits increased.

it's awesome I know where hubby is at with glucose and keep him on track
