if it was less complicated and more straight forward it would be better because i feel like it is a bit overwhelming especialy when it comes to programs and why don't they just show you how the exercise is done? why do you have to press the thing to see how to do the exrecise because there is a lot of begginers on this app so they don't know most of the exrecises by name, also the warm up takes ages to finnish a quick warm ip that target most muscles in your body.
