Why do I have to keep re-installing this app? it keeps giving a black screen when opening it, until I re-install it.. then happens again after a couple of days of no use.

The app is fine except I have to reinstall it regularly so it will open. The Magellan LG TV app also has issues. It fills up the TV memory and then crashes. The content is good, the apps need help.

Doesn't load until you uninstall / reinstall. Been through a couple of updates, but still no change. Not really sure why I'm leaving this review as there are lots of similar reviews and still no change. Oh yeah, now I remember, I was waiting for it to load again. . . . . . It didn't

App Wont Load 90% of Time I thought it might need updating, applied one update still just stays on the logo screen. Uninstalled and re installed, no different. I haven't been able to watch much or experience the app much because most of the time it just doesn't load. Was recommended this service from a YouTuber...highly disappointed.

This freezes too often, then standard troubleshooting fails, then the app needs uninstall/reinstall to fix, so I must find login info again - nuisance. Plus, other tech issues happen too often - losing my previous place when resuming play, even jumping back or forward to an incorrect episode, is the most annoying. Anyway, I've found that just streaming from the browser works the best consistently, so I'm uninstalling.

Was working okay but now all I get is the MagellanTV logo. No update and tried to reset phone. Why am I paying for this service if the service isn't going to work?

If you love documentaries about crime and mystery then this app is definitely for you. They are constantly adding new content, and not only is it new but it's always great content!
