After unsubsribing I still receive 5+ emails per day. Edit: The suggestion of the Vestiaire is not helpful. I have done all this and still receiving emails. Moreover, I receive emails titled Items maching your saved search without unsubsribe option with the following statement: This email is being sent to you because you have a Vestiaire Collective account and we are required to inform you of important changes to the contractual terms of our platforms. Terrible. |

The website app is not responsible for your technical problems (price item and selling fees changes after items have been shipped, without previous communication). Application with many bugs! The price you set for sale is not respected. Especially when you define where you ship from, the rate they ask for is not fixed and varies constantly. Even after the sale has been made, they lower the commission without warning, changing it without prior notice. Customer service never has a reliable answer. |

My account was randomly deactivated for absolutely no reason. I immediately seeked help but customer service wont answer and when they do, they ridicule you and offer no help. I ve been sending them messages for weeks and they simply ignore me at this point. They dont respect their clients at all, keep your money to yourself and dont waste your time on this scammy app. Reply:I've never sold anything! I was a buying client! Here you act helpful but in app you ignore and disrespect me, interesting |

Nice. Precision search (à la Vinted) is a must for uncommon sizes (L36, L38, L40). Update: having access to favorites from any screen is a must, it could be a star or heart button left of the shopping bag button. Right now, you have to go to your profile and scroll down to find the Favourites item. Update2: app stills sends notifications of garments you're not interested in anymore (wrong size, etc). |

Good site but adyen payment integration doesn't work. After confirming in my bank app, adyen does not redirect me back to the app and no payment is processed. Comon devs, not good at all... |
