Withdrawing is impossible. Pleaase avoid this scam Edit: I did reach out to support. Four months ago. I've tried to withdraw my money for around a year. And your team admitted that quote "app withdrawals to a bank card and IBAN are currently unavailable". Nothing has changed, and I doubt it will ever. I only want my money back. Thankfully I wasn't dumb enough to trust you with much.

After 6 years in business, we are well past scam claims. As stated several times we are in the process of restoring and upgrading services and many functions are either unavailable or delayed. They are fraudsters. All transactions are on pending 10+ days. Support is generetic, no solutions. Avoid this app. It's obvious a scam.

The App won't let me withdraw my token. Has been 4 months I am trying to withdraw my token and I can't. The only help I can get is: "Dear customer. We realise that this is a disappointing situation and we are doing our best to solve your issue as soon as possible. We will notify you as soon as it will be done. Thank you for your patience. Have a nice day!"
