I use this app in conjunction with fasting (16 hours off 8 hours on) and it has been a big help for me to get my eating under control and lose weight. it's now mid July and I have lost just over 3 stones since the end of February

Simple and helpful works great it's helping me alot stay in calorie limit.

love this app, cheap monthly payment and tracks in detail. exercise choices even covers mucking out my horse. has wheelchair as well, my husband uses it for that. knows nearly every food and brand you can think of. certainly worth the 5 or 6 pounds a month.
