Missing travel calculator, damage reports take too much time (last time before reserving a car, I checked the damage reports, and almost nothing was reported. When I arrived, the car was full of scratches, I lost 15 mins because of the reports 😑. In the end, I was late), the credit bonus was not recognised, and I was not able to rent the car 😢. App has stopped working. Can't book a trip for a few days for next weekend as according to the app, no such trips exist. In fact, there is nothing to offer so clearly the app is no longer useable.
