We have fixed the game save problem introduced in version 1.2.0. For those who experienced problems, we hope you accept our apologies and enjoy the large credit of gems you find in your gem bank when you upgrade to the 1.2.1 update. SPECIAL NOTE: the free gem pack is limited to the very small number of customers who experienced gem/coin loss as a result of the brief release of the 1.2.0 update on Thursday May 3.
