I absolutely love this app! The process is so easy!

Was cool for awhile been a user since this company started they did help me buy a lot of good purchases, but they keep raising the rate for premium which other similar services like Klarna or Afterpay offer for free. Not to mention my spending power dropped on this and it’s the only one I pay a monthly on I waited 4 months my spending power stayed low even though I’m gold tier I have close to 2k on both Klarna and Afterpay, so at this point when I only have 150 on here I have no use for this app especially to pay for it.

Been a loyal Sezzle customer since it was created. Every evolution of its business model means less value or value in exchange for a monetary fee. Sezzle, your competitors with each enhancement add more value to their business model, not less. Walmart has now entered into the buy now pay later field which adds a new competitor, Walmart has extremely deep money reserves which makes it a formidable foe. I understand subscription fees are completely optional for consumers to agree to. The biggest downside to Sezzle is requiring a fee to use the service with the largest retailers when it was not a requirement before. Having consumers pay a fee to use Sezzle at favorite merchants is not the best way to differentiate from competitors. I have stayed with Sezzle because of loyalty but once I pay my final purchase. I am separating and giving all my BNPL business to Zip, FOUR and Walmart. It’s a shame when a business hands over a loyal long term customer with excellent payment history of almost 5 years. I’m sure your competitors will embrace a customer who in the span of almost 5 years placed almost 400 orders. It’s Sezzles loss for a bait and switch business model.

and disappointed... I used to use Sezzle all the time and have a big spending limit because I always paid my orders on time but now they're charging monthly to use at almost every store and I don't think it's fair because I was a loyal customer. If they wanted to charge, they should have only charged people based on their history. Anyway, I deleted the app off my phone because I won't be using it anymore unless they change it back. PLEASE LISTEN TO US and I'll change my review D: I'm begging!

I love my Sezzle Account!! It definitely helps on a budget

It is great and with no interest as long as you pay it off in 4 payments every 2 weeks they charge

Best App yet!

I used sezzle for target in store purchases because it was so convenient and helped me and my family so much when those pay days are long. But they took away target in store and now you basically have to pay monthly just to use it. I don’t understand why we have to pay monthly just to use sezzle in store. It did help me build my credit since i have the sezzle UP but now I don’t think I will be using sezzle anymore. I am using Klarna now for in store purchases. So disappointed.
