For people like me who are rebuilding there credit this is a great way to start and let’s you purchase merchandise from my favorite stores when I don’t have all the cash to do so ! Highly recommend Sezzle and you pay small service fee much lower then credit cards !

Their phone number is not real as they never actually answer the phone. It’s just an automated system that just tells you to go back to the app to do anything and everything. And when you do email them, all they do is run around the question of trying to help you. customer service is nonexistent and I will probably be no longer shopping with them!!

If they decide that you were worthy enough to use the virtual card or any of their services at all, then you are God’s favorite

They have made some changes since I’ve used them.
Now you have to pay a monthly subscription fee to use stores like Amazon, Target, or Walmart. And many others!
Considering I can use other services to shop these places and don’t have a monthly fee, and even have a better limit, I opted to drop your services.

I love Sezzle. The option to be able to pay anywhere is great. It’s quick and easy to use. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because when something has been returned and i have proof of return or cancellation i still have to wait 13 days before they cancel it in their system. Not only do i have to wait but i still have to continue to make payments until it is resolved. If someone has proof of cancellation Sezzle should just refund the money waiting and still making me pay for something i no longer have is crazy.

I hate that you can’t make in store purchases at Walmart anymore. This would help a ton of people out.

Great app easy to use

For the amount of time I’ve been using Sezzle, it had only been a great experience! What a great platform!

I’ve been using Sezzle for a while and it’s great… but my limit went from $1,100 to $500 for absolute no reason. I never missed a payment or was late. I actually make payments early. When I contacted customer support, the guy said the system adjusted the limit. He had no control over it. Ridiculous.
