Okay so the game revolves around gems, which are super hard to get and you need a lot of them for upgrades or restaurants. Please make us get more gems! And when I’m watching ads for the casino it won’t let me watch ads at all, including the ads for the free gem shards or free coins. Why? Tbh the game just wants you to pay for gems. Don’t get this game in my opinion.

I got this game yesterday and I am already done with the food court.

I have noticed on multiple occasions that I will purchase a gem pack, or something similar, that is advertised as roughly $7. Yet, they try and withdraw $25 from my account. I enjoy the game but don’t buy any extras anymore because I can’t trust their advertised pricing vs. actual charges! Y'all literally have taken over $100 that I didn’t agree to!

So far really liking this game. It’s a good strategy game trying to get all the food out all time. For someone who likes to watch cooking shows, this is a good time waster

Have played for years! Spent too much money and am/was a daily player. But the ads, the increase in gem packs, no new restaurants…I mean are you actively trying to make the game less enjoyable? None of the changes are good and in no way benefit the daily player. Make it make sense! Its all so disappointing

This game is really fun and stressful at the same time since the costumers are inpatient and will leave if you are not fast enough, but it’s still fun. I could get gems at the Casino! Therefore this game is really addictive and fun.
