When you enter a public place, broadcast your presence and purpose for being there and other users within 100 feet will immediately be notified. If they are interested in getting to know you, they can access your profile and initiate contact via icebreakers.
MEET GLOBALLY
Post a request for a meeting with a users with “Is-a, Has-a, can-do” labels. (For example, if you need someone who is a doctor, has a house for sale in Los Angeles, or can teach mathematics, etc.) Using this feature you can fulfil your personal or professional need in a particular time and location.
SUBSCRIBE TO PEOPLE
If you are interested in a person with a particular qualification, subscribe to [people’s] keywords using hashtags and you will be notified when a person fitting your criteria.

Since in OUUT there is no option to permanently connect to another user, the Save Profile feature allows you to save the profile of a person to be viewed later.
