Now my results are not saved correctly. They’re not updated and they are not being synced to my phone. Despite the fact that it says it’s syncing. I’ve been using this for quite some time and I’m getting tired of paying for it and getting bad results.
It will ask if you want to update the password, but then doesn’t use the new password. When you try to log in again the new password is not there.

It’s very straightforward and easy to use. I pay for the upgraded version, which is a super reasonable price and it’s 100% worth it instead of the free version. I keep trying to convince my partner to get this app too, because he has sticky notes and notepads full of passwords everywhere. Solid app.

Used to be a great app. Now you cant even delete records without paying a subscription. Silly world of subscriptions we live in these days. Plenty of other free options out there.

I’m so grateful I don’t need to remember a million passwords. I can rely on this app to do the remembering for me!

I have never wasted money so fast in my life. Stay away from this app. They nickel and dime you to death.

Glitchy and not intuitive. Autofill works on occasion but not consistently. Recently Keeper has been pressuring me to create a passphrase as they are supposedly transitioning from a login password. I did so multiple times yet it has never worked once so it keeps asking me to create a another passphrase. I contacted Customer Service once and never received a response so I’m moving onto Bitwarden. It’s free, has exemplary customer service, is intuitive and user friendly.

Great program and highest marks for Kevin in support, who answered quickly, precisely, and even followed up to make sure everything was OK.

Both me and my mom have used this app for many years, loved it, and even recommended it to other people, but now that you can no longer add any more passwords without paying, I will no longer be using this app. My mom has already started using another app but I had held out because I thought maybe they would change it back. Two stars because we did used to really love it.

I have zillions of passwords. Keeper is easy to use, encrypted, syncs among all your devices and is hassle free. Yes, I recommend it!!
