Good Info & follow-up

They are holding my passwords hostage unless I pay $35. I can’t even delete records to make space for new ones or to keep track of which ones Ive transferred to the icloud keychain which is free and much better. This app was good back in the day but now its terrible. It tries to make everything a hassle to force you to pay the $35. Wont fill passwords anymore, I have to login to the app to copy the password then paste it where I need it. Wont let me delete or even edit records, so if I change a password they dont want me to be able to know that. Wont let me even use the app without an abundance of pop ups to pay $35 or you’ll lose all these passwords. Seriously?! Do not download this app under any circumstances. The amount of hassle and harassment Im dealing with over a password app is ridiculous. Fire whoever had these horrible paywall ideas. Just scrap the company at this point. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

One of the very best apps out there! Having this has saved me so much time and aggravation trying to keep all my various passwords! A must have for all!! this is been a savior in so many situations. I recently had a question an email to Keeper. I had a response within a couple hours, his name was Jeyson, he was outstanding and we exchanged several emails concerning my question. He was kind and considerate and very patient with me a wonderful reflection representing Keeper Password! Thank you Keeper, and thank you, Jeyson!!!

I’ve been using the free version of the app for years. The benefits offered by the paid version are more than I need so I’ve been dealing with the pop up ads asking me to upgrade. No big deal. But lately, I can’t do anything except add a new record without being forced to upgrade. I can’t edit old records or even delete them. Every time I go into the app, another function is limited. Do not advertise something as a free app that cannot be used without payment.

I’ve used this product for years, and I’ve recommended it to others many times. Rarely have I needed customer service, but I recently inexplicably forgot (or repeatedly mis-typed) my password. Quick and efficient email response from the CS team got me back up and running.
I highly recommend this app for both iOS and desktop.

Does whenever I need it to do! It’s getting a little expensive now. I might reconsider next year.

I’ve been using this app for a very long time with no problems until I deleted it by accident my Face ID and couldn’t get back in. Customer support was very good very fast and help me every step of the way. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Especially Pio!

They locked out the free version. Can view what you did before but can no longer edit or make new. Paywall pops up with any action.

I’ve only ever used the free features, which were great for years. After getting a new phone, im not able to delete anything without BUYING the subscription. I am not able to EDIT without buying the subscription. A more recent development is I’m not able to ADD anything in either!
So unless I pay, I can’t even remove my information and that seems very wrong. After encountering these issues, I will never pay for this app. Buyer beware!! Seems very sketchy.

I’ve been using Keeper app for a long time and I really like it. But over the last 12 months I have not been able to delete any outdated information. Recently I updated the app, but whenever I login it tells me that it cannot sync my information and I cannot add any new information along with not being able to delete any information. I have written tech-support on 3 occasions and am very frustrated! They should have a Tech phone number so that matters can be resolved swiftly or even a chat option would help because an online database from users trying to troubleshoot themselves is not beneficial to me! I want to keep using the app because it would be easier than switching to a different password keeper. But I don’t know how that’s gonna be possible if I can’t get anyone to answer my emails 😭
