Love it !

I have a PC Desktop version of and an iPad Pro version of Microsoft Excel. In this combination the iPad Pro version of Microsoft Excel is virtually useless for my work flow. Generally anything I do in the PC version is not useable in the iPad. As a worksheet viewer, the iPad version is functional but highly limited. A lot of information like data source in a Pivot Table can’t even be viewed properly as the display cuts off the path and file name. So if I’m simply trying to reference where certain information comes from or how the formulas work it’s just impossible. As an excel editor, the application stumbles on anything other than rudimentary worksheets. The learning curve is so steep when just trying to do simple things. The GUI is completely unrecognizable from the PC version. The only good thing about Excel for the iPad is that its free with Office365.

Excellent deletes files and makes it difficult to recover. Autosave saves mistakes and reloads them as recent changes. Errors automatically saved everywhere.

Slow

For years I’ve hated Microsoft for many reasons… horrible horrible customer service just horrible company in general that takes advantage of the public. $160 to get excel on a computer but I can download it for free anywhere else… Disgusting price gouging. Excel was free for years and years there should be a law that prevents them from demanding people to start paying for it all the sudden…. Thanks for always making peoples lives more difficult Microsoft…..

I keep inputting the same changes and saving but every time I reopen the file none of the changes saved. Useless app.

I use Excel Spread sheets constantly. Love it

I always use Exel to do all my work and is extreme amazingly to use it.

Was editing the excel doc just fine in the browser, they updated it to force us to use the app, the app won’t open the excel doc.
Do they bother testing stuff or is everything they touch a dumpster fire?

I love using excel for everything in my life but it is lacking som features ad is difficult to navigate on my iPad. I can not reformat numbers and alt of the options are just pictures and is hard to figure out and navigate to make it seem Les for use. I got my iPad to mobilize my life and get access to everything on the go but could use some modifications for ease of use
