Why only two episodes?

I really love kdramas, and I specifically downloaded this app to watch a couple. But why is almost every show I come across only two episodes while the rest need to be paid for? It ruins my experience, and i’m sure it ruins many others who aren’t old enough to pay themselves. I would definitely appreciate it if you made atleast some kdramas all for free, while a small amount of them are for subscription.

Just keeps asking you to login each time you want to watch anything

Even with a full annual subscription, this app will always ask for sign on credentials. Surely, if you are paid subscriber, you should be allowed to watch videos. None of the other apps require constant sign on prompts.

Love the app but needs improvement for tv

I really enjoy the app a lot.
I can stream all of my favorites k dramas, and variety shows. I can stream it on the go, on my phone, and table.
There’s only one problem when trying to cast it to a smart tv, it won’t appear and it won’t let me cast it to the tv, or airplay it.
When opening the kocowa app in the tv, there is not where to find a sign in bottom, so that I can sign in directly from my tv.
Hopefully one day, the issue will be gone.

Unusable as of 5/15/2024

Not sure what they did, but after the “bug fix” update, I haven’t been able to log in because the social login has gone. I am a paid member and this is unacceptable. It seems like they don’t even recognize this issue. It’s been around for over 10 hours now

Sign problem

I suddenly can't log in even though it was working fine before. There's also nowhere to get help. What should I do?
There's nowhere to contact when problems arise, and no phone number is provided. The service is absolutely terrible.

Many things to implement and improve

2024.5.14 Update: the App stopped working. It doesn’t allow signing in.
And please allow the App to “fill the screen”.

Worst Streaming App

Gotta be the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. Constantly logging me out, continue watching function isn’t smart, favorite shows are in a weird place, autoplay requires a click. I regret buying a year subscription so bad lol.
