ZESCO Mobile provides ZESCO customers with an efficient and effective way to report faults, lookup their new installation status, track previously purchased tokens for power among other features. Customers need to first sign up before using the application. Meter number or the customer account number can be used to register. It is also a requirement that customers signup for the SMS service prior registering for the ZESCO Mobile App service. Customers must ensure that the mobile phone number submitted is active, and registered to the premise they are currently occupying.
