Why when I chose to watch Astrid season 3 and clicked on play all I got was a black screen with the episode title at the bottom?

I have always wanted to see this play and my membership at OETA - PBS for Oklahoma - has allowed me to do it finally. I was a Theatre major in college and did a goodly share of acting, directing and other theatre jobs for a fantastic community theatre in Moline, IL. I worked with the best people which formed a terrific theatre company, almost a repertory group, doing six plays a year. Unfortunately, I had to give up my non-paying dream job to face the reality of my real job which offered me a position which would pay my children’s tuition to college but would move us 900 miles south. No easy commute. It was a no brainer.
I have been a contributor for many years but had to quit this last year. I decided to rejoin because of Passport and I’m so glad I did. There are so many TV programs, series and plays that Passport offers. It is an added perk which makes the monthly contribution a bargain. Consider your contribution as buying a third-party streaming station that I think you’ll find more value because it is not just movies.

PBS has been my road dog since I was a wee lad up in North Idaho. She was always there for me whether it be watching Wish-Bone after elementary school or getting sucked into one of the many mind bending documentaries by filmmaker Burns, Ken Burns. Thank you for all of the fantastic memories!

I enjoy all of the masterpiece theaters, but I am so frustrated with your programming… The app does not work on my television as it should. I think it would be wonderful if you would update and make more user-friendly your program navigation.
In order to watch my programs on my television I have to mirror from my phone and that’s just not right!
