I hate this app it has taken me almost 3 weeks to be able to use it . I would not recommend this app to anyone. The other apps you get in right away.

I want a clear explanation as to why I got banned. I contacted support and they refused to tell me an exact reason. This is insane, after all the in-app purchases I have done and after previously leaving a 5-star review, I suddenly get banned for no reason. I do know I met a user on the platform and after spending time with her, I told her it’s best if we are just friends because she isn’t the one for me. My guess is that she reported my profile? Is that why I got banned? Because otherwise I don’t see any reason and I’m not being told. That’s ridiculous. As a paying customer, you at least should know the reason why you’re randomly kicked off the platform. Have some integrity and at least give me a reason.

I just started using it, but I don't know how it will turn out, but I'm dreaming of a handsome boy in the future, hehe💞

Pros: seems like high quality people
Cons: super expensive, if you get the $100 a month membership you can send 3 messages a day, they send you 60 matches a day and none of them are even in your state, it cost $24 more to purchase the ability to send 10 messages. If the person you like is not paying for the subscription you can’t talk to each other. There are 5 guys in my area.

This app is scam. I can’t martch with any guy from NY and they send me guys from different countries and almost the profile are robot!

Having recently lived abroad for the past few years, I appreciate that this app transcends borders in terms of connecting with others. As an American, I understand how this may seem daunting, but it's important to be culturally aware and curious in order to make authentic connections on a platform like this.

I signed up for Luxy Pro in March 2024. This was my first dating app experience. I stated talking to one Australian guy claimed that he lives in Seattle. After two months of talking, he was proposing marriage but we had never met. He had all kind of dramatic experiences and can never get around to meet. Finally he started talking about his lawsuit in Dubai and was in need for financial help. At that point, I decided to block him. A few days later, my Luxy account was disabled. I contacted the support over and over again asking why but was unable to get an answer. I was first contacted by someone trying to scam me then my account was disabled for no grounds. I could not get any help so I asked for refund. All of my efforts contacting Luxy was not ignored. The only answer I got was. The decision is finalized that your account will be disabled. I did not validated any rules and I was a victim of fraud. Be careful!

This app may advertise a free version but you can’t communicate or even swipe to see who else is on there without being interrupted and prompted to buy a package to continue. It’s not worth it. They also use facial recognition and keep you from exploring the app without it but some members aren’t required to verify to move forward.
