I am extremely disappointed with the support team at Business WhatsApp. The support is abysmal, and all I receive are automated replies. No one actually reads the emails properly or solves the issues.
A few days ago, I changed my phone and downloaded WhatsApp Business. When I entered my business number, an error message appeared stating that I was using an unofficial app and needed to download the official one. However, I was using the official app. Despite this, I followed the steps provided by the support team, including downloading WhatsApp from their provided link and trying it on different phones. The same issue persisted.
Moreover, when I tried logging in with another business account number on the same app, it worked perfectly fine. I have shared numerous screenshots of my emails, but I keep receiving the same generic response each time. This level of service is highly disappointing.
There seems to be no real support team, just bots sending automated messages. Due to this terrible service, I am now forced to stop using this app and find an alternative. The service is so poor that there is no team to resolve customer issues effectively.

We have some issues whats up business i want to some files and pics shearing but only loading no transactions very low service

When they can’t force you to update on an @apple device. They instead lock you out of the device and say you need to update the app.

Compared to Normal whatsapp business whatsapp is slow buggie and glitches and dont have Ai feature

I have use this application to make my account on it. But they have blocked me. I have sent email on support.whatsapp but they said your account is working fine. Whereas is to not working, not creating account.
