When I used to work this app. It was was pretty decent but now it’s been shut down.

The company went bankrupt with no notification to drivers - there is no way to log in to an account anymore to view any statements and no information available for drivers. I’m not sure why this app is available for download still.

No phone support for employees, they get rid of the employees without informing them without reason. There’s no phone support when you’re driving doing a delivery

I’ll be trying to contact customer service more than 2 weeks emails emails emails and nobody answers no body help me. The app has a problem and doesn’t let me log in. Is crazy. Horrible customer service

Either the company does not need more drivers or the app is broken. Unable to creat account.

Ever time I try to sign up the app give a message.

I was working for this app around two year in one day I can’t access to my account , and I have money there , I’m trying to several times to talk with them bacause I need my last week paid but they don’t answer my email , and now I can’t access to my app account.

For the people trying to still use the app. They went out of business stop trying to get in touch with support. They went bankrupt

Was working for this app for over a year and suddenly this past February everything stopped working. First it was no more orders then I couldn’t even sign in. Giving me some error message. There is zero support from this app as well.

Terrible customer driver relations no phone support they always change there phone numbers and disconnect there phone numbers you call you get disconnect prompts or number no longer in service
