The app constantly refreshes when going back to it and it causes Instagram to log me out everytime

I paid for the full version of the app 2 days ago.
The first day it was amazing, everything was smooth.
The next day I opened the app and they asked me to login again, so I did.
When I went on instagram on my phone, I got a message from instagram saying that they’re basically monitoring my account because of suspicious activity. The next day my account was suspended for a couple hours.
Don’t use this app. Your account will get banned.

In trying to log into my Instagram and I put my Gmail and password and when I approve on my phone that it’s me I go into the app again and it says to press if ive approved. I press it and nothing, It doesn’t let me log into my account no matter how many tries I do.
