So I had this app for like 4 years my card got compromised many times. I kept having to replace with new cards which is rough. In this last incident experian kept trying to take money so I ordered new card. To be safe it gets here I start using new card for like a week then experian tries to take 25 bucks again. And my account is pending. Which make zero sense cause they don’t have my new card # so I make complaint to cash app. Then they say they have to wait to see if it’s taken to see if they can act. Wrong we still had the money stop payment. But I do as they say then 2 days later money is gone I make complaint but they say oh sorry we can’t do anything we found you authorized this payment that you literally reported your card stolen over. So now here is my question how did experian get my new card info. And y did I order new card and say mine stole…. Hmm it’s just fishy I was in stocks 2 years ago with cash app but they stole money there and I just stopped stocks with them but if I can’t trust my money with them why use them. So I won’t and suggest you don’t either unless you like your money stolen

I dispute a random charge on my acc and was denied the money that was taken and cashapp took the access of the debit card with them. Yeah I’ll tell people take there business and money else where.

If you decide to use this app/service, hope that everything works, because you WILL NOT RECEIVE HELP FROM SUPPORT. They will copy paste some generic unhelpful troubleshooting that is not even related, then close the ticket without resolving.
You are better off using a legit service.

I’m enjoying the use of this app it keeps me from using my bank card and it’s a convenient way to send money. There are some glitches at times when adding money but overall I would recommend using this app.
