I can’t see public profile on my Snapchat or even public profile settings

My account got temporarily disabled few months ago, I created another one. Now, my account is locked, why do you do this? And I haven’t violated any of your guidelines!!

Seriously I don’t get why you guys keep locking my account the first account I understand I go against the rules so I was okay with it but this one is a business account you guys did not tell me what I did wrong or a warning I received nothing just wake up the next day and I can’t login what sort of nonsense is this every app have their rules and regulations and when you do something against it they give you warning and you can always appeal but Snapchat is the worst I lost all my customers because of this nonsense you guys pull because I only use Snapchat for it now I have to start from scratch. You just lock somebody account all of the sudden even if someone reported it you will email the person or send a warning message and the person will know what went wrong I regret using Snapchat business all my efforts time data are just wasted

And I try to log in my account into Snapchat and it says disable have been trying it since even redownload it please kindly help me look into it Abeg

I got a new phone. My account was temporarily banned after I tried logging in to my Snapchat with my new phone, firstly it couldn’t identify my username and mobile number which should be unusual because those were the username and mobile number I previously used. I waited after two days and yet my account is still banned . I keep seeing support code SS11 . I don’t know what that means but I hope Snapchat unblocks my device and enables me it helps me access the app again.

My streaks have been a fixed number for some days now. Please fix it

im a new user of the app, i downloaded it recently and i try to sign in it refuses to work. says due to repeated attempts ive been disabled, first off i don’t even have an account. i just want to be able to snap. is there something wrong with the app please fix it. cuz ive waited for weeks and even deleted and downloaded the app again but non seem to work.

They all got banned
And I did nothing wrong
I mainly used the account for business purposes and the hilarious contents
I’ve done everything I could since January to get another account but none one
It’s not even allowing me to open any more now

Please you people should open my account. You guys didn’t give me any warning concerning my contents going against your policy or whatever. You just banned my account…. Please open it and I won’t go against your community again.
