Stop breaking the app By KenCarrico Why don’t you releasing fewer updates? Maybe go back to primary school and learn how to check you work before you release an update. Your rapid fire app updates tells me you code writers don’t know what they are doing, and your app managers don’t know what the pimple covered code writers are doing. |

Hopelessly broken Hopelessly broken. New app is terrible. Songs never start at the beginning (even if you select “start playing from beginning of song”). Unusable. We’re thinking of canceling. Bring back the old app. |

ZERO STARS! By Happygirl218 You have been my favorite app for over 15 years! Now I DESPISE this app! The developers are TONE DEAF! They destroyed this app FIVE months ago; and have been stringing us along in the hopes it will get better; all the while ignoring our reviews! I think the only thing that will wake them up and make them realize that we truly really really HATE what they have done to this app….is a mass exodus. I will NOT be renewing my subscription! |

“Something went wrong” By Kirkarelli If you only knew how many times I get this message. Been a subscriber since 2006 and this app just stinks. First off, I LOVE the content. However, whenever I have spotty cell service I can’t use the app for my DOWNLOADED audio. I travel through areas of poor service (1-2 bars) daily and the app will just stop playing and spin during a show I downloaded to my phone. Why? Then when I clear and reload the app, I can’t even access ‘My Library’….of shows I’ve DOWNLOADED. I only get “Something went wrong”. This is an audio app, correct? Why can’t I access the audio I downloaded to my phone whenever I want? This us the only “audio” app I know of where this happens. |

VERY Bad Decisions With Update By Paul Bartko It’s clear to me that those who designed this update don’t actually listen to Sirius. Everything about the old design that made sense, that made finding content easy, that made using the app intuitive, is all gone. For segment based shows (like Howard Stern), in the old app I could expand the show and select the segment I want to jump to. Now that’s all rolled into a ridiculously clumsy scroll bar. Sometimes I need to move only a minute or two, have you ever tried to scroll something that fine-tuned on a touchscreen? Horrendous. On the old app, a brilliant feature was the 20 second fast forward / rewind buttons. Guess what…..those are gone too. Any chance you could offer users the option to choose if they want the old look or new? Until then, is a zero star review possible? |

Very frustrating By Rock York I’ve pretty much given up on this app and I’m considering cancelling my subscription. I pretty much only have this subscription to listen to Howard Stern. I’m in and out of the car all day and every time I get back in the car it starts from the beginning. I can’t take it anymore!! |

What on earth is going on? By Tedmed0302 You guys changed the app about a year ago to this whole new format and it’s horrible. I kept my mouth shut because I thought the new app/format would grow on me, but I was wrong. And then just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, your last update came out. The app won’t load half the time when I try to use it. Before anyone blames my phone I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, all security updates etc. Guess I’ll just keep waiting for the next update and hope you guys unscrew it?? |

Latest update disappointing By Kathryn17* Ever since the major redesign I have been disappointed with the app (the only way I listen) but it had improved. However the last update is awful. The quick view of the library, the feature I used most, has been replaced with a menu that you have to scroll through a couple of channels at a time. The Sirius app was outstanding so I still don’t understand the need to redo it. Please bring back the old app. |
