Why is it so hard to delete my account?? I tried 10 times!!

Bought coin package with my PayPal. Using my balance and not my bank. Didn’t receive 2 of the 4 packages I bought. Customer service said it was my PayPal that had a hold on funds. I contacted my PayPal and they told me it was MeetMe’s PayPal account that was holding the funds not mine. After over a week finally got my coins. But no compensation for my time waiting. Lost out on many challenges because of this.

I used my own pictures and tried everything I could to get verified but ended up getting blocked on this app and their sister app. Today the app alerted me to delete info so I could get verified because their had been too many attempts. I deleted my whole account and emailed the verification group asking for them to delete my prior attempts so I could try again. I gave up and downloaded SKOUT the sister app. I used THEIR “take a photo” option, still couldn’t get verified and then blocked. What was the point?

I’ve been on this app for a good couple years and you can’t get a hold of customer service at all. There is no customer service and they just randomly delete your account and you can’t contact anyone to figure out what’s going on and you just have to keep making new profiles.

It was going well then it kicked me off saying I had no WiFi my phone is on & my WiFi is on it won’t let me go back on the app I met my friend off this app we been friends for 4 years now it’s a lot of hacker and weird people on there but rare to find a decent person guys acting like girls on there as well so be careful even creeps I like the app I just got back on a few days ago I deleted the app few years but sometimes it can be decent but I CANT EVEN GET IN MY ACCOUNT IT WONT LET ME COMPLAIN OR ASK FOR HELP I would’ve deleted it if I knew tho is app was acting so TERRIBLE

I used to like the app for the live streams I had started my own and hoped on the comedy section I then made a Star Wars Kamino joke because I couldn’t hear the person so then after I called him anakin skywalker told his chat we kill the younglings, then he banned me, for making a dumb joke in the comedy section??? Isn’t that the entire point of it is jokes I made a Star Wars joke… it’s not like I said anything offensive it’s a kids movie, any way I don’t recommend this app
