I’m a senior citizen and even I can do this

So I got a new phone and when I downloaded the app it didn’t transfer my pro over so I have been paying for a service I can’t even use. I can’t cancel cause I went from an android to an iPhone and it’s not showing up on my Apple Pay. Tried to reach out to the help desk but no one responds! Do not purchase the pro feature if you don’t intend on using it often because they will do anything to make sure you can’t cancel instead of making it easy like every other LEGIT app out there!
