    With FCMBOnline Token, you can authenticate your online transactions with your mobile devices. The App will serve as an alternative to the hardware and SMS token used to authenticate transactions on FCMBOnline (Personal & Business).

    Activating this app will require you to log on to FCMBOnline, FCMBMobile Plus, call the Contact Centre or visit the nearest FCMB branch. To get started, new users are to activate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code and Customer ID while existing users are to reactivate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code, a Reactivation Code and Customer ID.

    For personal users, please use the first seven digits of your account number as your Customer ID, and for business users please visit the nearest FCMB branch.

    Some features and benefits of FCMBOnline Token includes;

    · Functions same way as the hardware token.

    · Added security with password feature

    · Data is only required for activation or reactivation, no data is needed for usage.

    · Self-service activation (business users to visit any branch or call the contact centre)

    · To activate the app you can either scan the QR code or input activation details that
    was advised.

    · Convenience of not carrying a physical token.

    · No SMS authentication delay.
