After ordering two rain jackets, I was told it’s on its way. Then a message appears about 2-3 weeks later: pay $x amount to courier company. No way of contacting. Paid it. No receipt. Then another amount to pay. What for? Then nothing further. You want to enquire what happened to your paid for items? No simple email to contact. You get lost in the attempt to find your order and who to contact. Beware!

So far very pleased with the site and products sold the site can be a bit overwhelming with offers and product - need to work out a simplified way to view to prevent sensory overload.
