I am very disappointed with Temu’s service. I recently purchased two items, but the experience has been frustrating. They failed to provide accurate information about the location of my packages and didn’t offer timely updates. Moreover, the delivery was handled by a subpar company. When I contacted the delivery company with all the provided information, they informed me that they had no record of my items. This is unacceptable and has caused a lot of inconvenience. I do not recommend Temu based on my experience. The packages not delivered 😏
