I can’t login in to my account even when I reset my password through the I forgot my password, also missing cash back on all my high purchases and I have over $600 of cash back in my account so frustrating that I can’t login

I purchased a product from eufy website thru top cash back. Initially cash back amount credited in my account and later disappeared due to unknown reason. I had submitted claim for this case and was waiting for more than 5 months and ended up with nothing. Cash back guarantee is 0%. Worst customer service care. I could have used other cash back sites for my purchase.

Pathetic tracking and nonexistent customer service. Use Rakuten. It actually works and they have employees. This app properly tracks with 2 or 3 merchants and everything else is a complete waste of time.
