I don't understand why we sell products on Grab and are rated three stars just because customers say the cream cakes are not sweet and are not good for health. We were also judged by customers that the restaurant was slow, while I waited within an hour. After that, we told Grab and they said: it's your business if the customer refuses. I'm very sad about this.

Don’t like

It says a certian time of arrival then they give you the furthest person away from you. It always says 5 minutes. But really it's like 20 minutes This app likes to take your money and not give it back to you.

Good service and suitable price

Shows car arriving in 10 minutes but comes after 25 minutes,driver dropping me off at wrong location which after complaining nothing is done. They charge a 3% hidden fee if you pay by international card which is absurd.

We got this app to make transportation easier in Vietnam, which doesn’t have Uber. It’s been very useful so far.
GOOD: You know how much you’re paying and it solves the communication issue since most of the drivers don’t speak English.
BAD: Pick up locations are a bit wonky, you can’t drag the pin where you need to.
Also, MASSIVE MASSIVE NOTIFICATIONS. Like 50 notifications a day and no way to stop them that we could find. SUPER ANNOYING AND I HOPE THEY FIX IT. This is what killed the 5-star rating from us.
Still a super useful app though and we recommend it overall.

The tracking and pinpoint of locations are inaccurate. Not sure which map it uses to reference but not updated. Plus the tracker of drivers are really off. The map shows green when it’s obviously red with traffic making wait and drive time much longer.

Grab is easily the worst app of its kind I have used globally. Impossible to contact customer support. If they cared about customers, they would crack down on taxi drivers doing insane things to try to get you to cancel in Bangkok. They obviously know it is happening but choose to just keep letting the drivers f with tourists with impunity cause it’s more profitable

Very easy to use

I’ve spent over $2000 on Grab traveling Southeast Asia for the last six months and is the worst experience I’ve ever had with with any ride hailing app. They will charge you for a ride that never happened multiple times. In the United States we call that fraud and you can go to jail. On top of that, most of my orders have taken more than an hour to two hours just to get food from 1 mile (3km) away. I could’ve walked there and come back and had my food if an order takes too long. You have no way to cancel the order or request a refund because there is a lack of customer support. And by lack of customers customer support I mean you can’t even request a refund on any ride nor can you request a refund at any delivery. I think this is the worst raid hailing app out of all the 196 countries have traveled to the worst and it’s such a disappointment because you’re competing with Africa and your Asia. You have way more money than Africa; very disappointed. My friend who works at Grab tells me that they end up paying for App Store reviews on Apple. So I guess that makes sense why they have such great reviews yet the worst possible service I’ve ever experienced. Use it and you will see what customer service you will get!
