Some shows have a lot of ads even if you have them saved to your unlimited DVR. You can’t fast forward through them. And let me tell you, there are so many and the same ones over and over. You will have to be good with stress lol. I figured out a way to help myself, I just mute them sometimes, drown them out somehow lol, for my mental state haha. However, some shows we can fast forward through , those I love! So it’s not all bad with Philo. Also, Philo has excellent customer service which is why I added a star. This app is extremely user friendly, another plus. But someday I hope to get an app without all the ads, that would be nice! Anyways, thank you for reading! Happy tv watching! 😄

Want to charge you $25 a month when basically you could download the same app Tubi and they got the same similar movies. Do not waste your time. It doesn’t even work for free trial. I’m going to cancel it. I tried for 20 minutes and I was already disappointed.

It is great but I would like to see it similar to the iPhone version where I can click on my recordings on the show
Also it would be nice if you made a selection beside the Alphabetically and saved shows and put a recording selection to where it only showed shows that had recordings and only showed recorded episodes on the show!!!

Like I said I love this app but only reason I got it was for tvone I have a lot other apps I love the fact you guys put free live channels along. Better watch out now I wish you would put tvone on part the free live channels thank you

UPDATE: The developer responds saying to use the DVR to record and then be able to fast forward through the ad commercials but this is exactly what I’m doing and it doesn’t work on many shows. I’m not watching live tv, I’m watching things that are on the DVR, things that have already been shown/aired, meaning, on demand shows/seasons. It won’t let me fast forward through the commercials, and let me tell you there are SO many ads from just one episode, it’s unbelievable. There are only SOME shows that we can fast forward through the ads, but soooo many that we can’t. And now Philo is raising their prices?? I don’t think Philo developers understand how this works, they think we can just fast forward when we watch on demand but its just not true what they are saying and claiming. I’ll give an example, I saved finding Bigfoot to be in my DVR, that’s the only way to get on DVR, to save it. Then, it gives you seasons and episodes to watch that have already aired. And sure enough, MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ADS THAT I CANNOT FAST FORWARD THROUGH. IM NOT WATCHING IT LIVE, IM SAVING RECORDING AND WATCHING THROUGH MY DVR BUT I CANT FAST FORWARD THROUGH THE ADS. I removed 3 stars because I am so tired of all these advertisement commercials!!!! I’m watching ON DEMAND and NOT live tv and it’s full of advertisements that we cannot fast forward through because they have it locked, and there are SO MANY! Can you Please fix the DVR thing. At first when I press a episode from a saved show, or press a saved Movie. It is NOT showing the RECENT recording from the episode, or the movie. It’s been happening since 5/7/24. Please fix the dvr/recording so I can watch the recent recording/dvr.

It’s alright until you cancel your subscription but they still take money from you so you call them about it and for some odd reason they can’t your account and of course can’t give a refund for an app you don’t have and for a subscription that you cancelled 2 MONTHS AGO 😡🤬 someone owes me $50.
