	No customer service By t101561 My totalAV was not working. I signed up for a seven day free trial, I had been a past user. I could not restore my service nor would it turn on for me. It just kept going back to the payment screen. There is no one to help you. They just keep sending you to the auto help screen. That is useless for my issue. They have a phone number. You can call that just direct you back to the auto help screen. period I would not purchase this product. 	Scam company that will steal your money and lie By Truth not fiction I downloaded this app used it for about a week and then didn’t like it so I deleted the app and cancelled my subscription. Today I see a charge attempt for $9.95 from them. Thank God that card is cancelled. I called and let them know that I canceled my subscription via Apple Store and they said that there was no cancellation request on my subscription. Well I want my subscription cancelled I told them. They then told me that they cancelled my account and I would be getting an email verifying the cancellation. I never received a reference number or email. I started looking at reviews on Reddit and so many people said they are liars and won’t cancel your account and continue to not only attempt to charge your credit card or PayPal but also call and harass consumers. 	Do not download this do not download this By Redheadjennie This app will not let you unscribe! I stupidly paid for the app and there is no way to unscribe so they my card got charged again! It really doesn't do much but sure find dupiclate photos also my phone's camera pops up out of no where alot almost like someone was spying on my phone! Ever since I deleted this app it doesn't do it anymore! My credit card was used a few times that I didn't purchase I'm considering this app that got my info and used it! All I can say is do not download this app! I hope you listen to me becuz it's still a pain and I still can't cancel the subscription! Cannot contact anyone either!
