Hello,so I finally downloaded the app after contemplating on trusting the bank or not and transferred a small amount into it and it was successful,a transfer was later made into into my Palmpay account that same day and the sender got debited and it went from showing processing to failed this morning till now it has neither been refunded or dropped
Why is that?.
