It is not that I am enjoying your app. I adopted 6 teenagers in Nigeria. Each one gifted and striving to care for themselves and their families in a place that is 200 years in the past. The app allows me to send fund expeditiously. There are no laws or fair labor practices and compensation. I am often devastated at the state of the largest continent in the world. I am grateful that when my grandchildren cry from hunger or pain, Worldremit is here. It is a necessity and a blessing.

For the most part the app worked fine.The new ID verification process is atrocious.I am not sure where they got this useless AI athenticator .Two weeks waiting for verification and I can't send to family members who need urgent financial assistance.Fix this issue or you will lose custormers.
