I use this for the smart thermometer and it works well, but I can't disable annoying push notifications that come randomly without disabling notifications entirely (which I assume are critical to using the thermometer function). The smart thermometer really should have just a standalone app that supports that function and nothing else.

I've used this app for year's and loved it so much. Unfortunately, the page's do not load for some reason and I have no way of reaching out for them to fix it.

Quit sending messages.... It's a frickin thermometer!

The thermometer works OK. A couple of issues are; the entire thermometer needs to be inserted. So your typical steak, pork chop, chicken part aren't thick enough to use this for. For thick cuts of meat it works great. The signal range is very short. My phone has to be within 20 feet of the base. The base needs to be within 5 feet of the grill or oven. Tha app is annoying as hell. I can't turn off notifications without making the thermometer updates break. The app is a battery drain when running.

This rating is solely due to the fact that I have to enable notifications to use the thermometer and Yummly thinks it's ok to send me notifications throughout the day that I do not want. So I turned the notifications off after using the thermometer only to be messaged by Yummly again while the notifications were turned off. I'm seriously considering replacement at this point as this company does not understand boundaries.

Limited allergen selection. When you enter your allergens and dietary restrictions, it still gives you recipes with those ingredients.

Cool idea but the thermometer is inaccurate unless fully in a dish. If even 1/4 is out of the dish it thinks chicken cooks in 5 minutes. You can't turn off notifications to use the thermometer either. So you either get all of the notifications with the obnoxious tone or you have to keep turning the thermometer on and off.

Only want to use app for thermometer however now receiving multiple daily notification adds for unwanted recipes and can't find a way to turn off the notifications without disabling all notifications in app hindering the thermometer

I input my allergens and dislikes (which are really more allergens). ALL of the recipes in my recommended feed included at least one of them.
