Very untransparent, poor customer service and terrible communication. Use if it's the only option you have but there are plenty of options nowadays that offer end to end visibility.

Worst Service Ever 👎👎👎👎😡 I had the worst experience with the Shop and Ship app. My bank sent a card to their address in FRANCE, and it was a nightmare from there. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they never answered or offered any help. To make matters worse, they didn’t even receive the card! This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this app for any important shipments

Very bad services and bad experience ... No replies from customer service no one to help u... And now they just lost my package and i dont know where did it go they r just a thief...
