Camera are alright, won't show cars going in and out of my driveway, but shows every time a bush moves, frustrating.

Footage takes to long to load; especially live footage. When someone rings my doorbell, it doesn't call me until long after the person has left. Horrible camera. Will be returning and looking for a different brand.

Canx'd subscription w/5 AP2 cams. Too $$ for unreliable notifications. Batt lasts 1mo if only active 12hrs/day. OFTEN doesn't catch events in the activity zone. Live feed didn't always show even with fast network. Cost $7.99+tax/mo for 1 cam (+60%), $12.99+tax/mo 2+ cams. No subscription=countless nuisance 'false' positives even with low sensitivity, forcing you into a subscription or disabling your cams. Not worth it. Not impressed. Now looking for alternative to replace my cameras.

We originally liked this app but after the last update we will probably be looking at a different brand of surveillance cameras.

The latest update (July 8th, I think) leaves a white bar across the top of each video when looking in landscape mode (phone sideways). This is annoying because it obscures the camera name and time and date of the video you are watching. Please fix this ASAP! After a response from a developer, who said it's color distortion and to seek a solution somewhere, I'm a little confused. My problem has nothing to do with color distortion. The previous level of the program/app was working fine.

App no longer recognizes my phone number as a trusted device. The code that is sent to log in for 2 stage is never recognized. Avoid this product and app. If your care about your family, property, and sanity do yourself a favor and avoid arlo. Update: If we're possible to give less than one star for this product I would. I sent support my information on June 27th as requested and never heard back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY ARLO PRODUCTS

The app is ready to set up and use, with rich options to customize the security issues desired. I switched my older cameras to the Ultra 2 cameras and the image quality is great!
