My experience was horrible, we rent a car in Montenegro and paid an insurance, after we returned the car they charged us extra 500 euro for claiming scratchs which basically was just dust markers, we removed it, cleaned the car hy ourselves, invited the responsible guy to see it and said that he already charged us and we have to call the company itself to claim refund, after several tries they finally responded by that they can't refund us although we sent the images of the car after cleaning.
