very very very bad experience not professional at all . and doesn't accept any complain I was blocked. snd the workers on the app doesn't bother to call the customer . the servant doesn't speak English and useless

Customer care is a big pain. They don't know anything about a history of a complaint and give you promises with no action. They just make you repeat your complaint a million times, leave you hanging, and never address a situation. The inefficiency is unbelievable. I am missing an item and they have been making me go in circles for a month now.

Don't use this application , communication is through chatting only , packages cannot be canceled for any reason and there are no refund, worst service ever

They will mess up your order and then double bill you. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend using this service.
