Brilliant app. Love that it doesn't use your data. Only feedback would be the option to log how long a symptom lasts. But overall its really useful and easy to use.

Really simple app to get started on but feels advanced enough for me to want to use it super customizable would be 5 stars but for some reason the calendar to show how much a symptom has effected you & the level has been broken since may when I first download the app

Wonderful app and easy to use, i get really tired of describing issues 8+ times when i am admitted to the hospital or have checkups for chronic issues, and this app makes it so easy to record and display everything happening. One suggestion i would add is making it so that adding a symptom to the event of a day automatically adds that symptom to the overview of that day as well (but thats just to save 1 tap each symptom).

I have been hard pressed to find a SIMPLE symptom tracker for a mysterious intermittent pain. Since I can't see my provider for 2 months, I thought I would show with data. I think this app will do the trick. I am sure it can do lots more than I want, but because it is so customizable, I believe it can work for my situation.

Easy to use app. Can't work out how to export data to eg pdf or txt file. Cant sync across devices.

Great app..would love to see a setting that gives you a reminder to log your data for the day.
